What do you like best about Culture Cloud by O.C. Tanner?

Culture Cloud has been an excellent tool for workplace recognition. Being able to share points with peers and carry them over year after year makes the rewards system genuinely engaging, and the overall experience of ordering prizes is great. What do you dislike about Culture Cloud by O.C. Tanner?

While I really enjoy the platform’s recognition features, the interface itself can be frustrating to use. Navigation often feels cumbersome and unintuitive, and it can take far too many clicks just to view my past history or browse the rewards catalog. What problems is Culture Cloud by O.C. Tanner solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before Culture Cloud, it was difficult to keep track of company milestones and offer meaningful, day-to-day recognition to coworkers. This platform addresses that by bringing peer-to-peer appreciation and anniversary tracking together in one shared space. It has made celebrating major milestones feel genuinely special. I recently reached my 10-year work anniversary, and the platform helped turn it into a memorable moment. I also find it motivating and fun to accumulate points each year and redeem them for real prizes. My only critique is that the navigation can feel a bit cumbersome and clunky, with too many clicks required to get to what you need.
