Our End-User Computing team was struggling with high turnover and low throughput. The new team leader and the BRM were given the task of improving service delivery to gold level service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about CulturalFitness?

First off, the CulturalFitness app was straightforward to use. No training was necessary due to the intuitiveness of the app. Installation of the app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store was a breeze. Secondly, the support and customer service from the team at PeopleProductive was off the charts! They came alongside our group and truly cared about the success of our team. They were highly responsive and worked with us to select the questions that would best assess our culture for the baseline assessment. Then after the baseline assessment, PeopleProductive provided a detailed report with the strengths and weaknesses of the culture in our organization. The solution didn't stop there. Next, we were given a roadmap with the specific culture workout to complete to improve the culture. At each step in the process, the team at PeopleProductive was there to coach us along the way. What do you dislike about CulturalFitness?

Initially, the reports were not very easy to navigate. However, during our engagement, the layout of the reports improved along with the real-time dashboards. These two together proved to be powerful tools to use to share with our leadership team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is CulturalFitness solving and how is that benefiting you?

The culture on our team improved, and we became a more customer-centric team. We saw twice as much throughput as before, and our Customer Satisfaction scores increased by 25%. We achieved our goal of delivering gold-level service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
