I love the concept well view is bringing on market, visualizing cultural structure puts focus on the organisations general belief system, this helps avoid confusion and as a result organisations tend to unite more easily. this will shape the culture of an organisation through engaging employees regardless of there ranking, making it easy for them to work together as a focused group set out to achieve similar objectives. i see a lot is about to change in the way organisations can manage a productive work culture that is progressive and fussed.
