What do you like best about Cue?

Cue makes data discovery and analysis quick and easy. I don't have to ask my analyst to perform basic analyses on areas I'm curious about, or spend hours on basic but detailed analyses. I feel so much more confident in my ability to make data driven decisions around marketing spend or strategy, and am able to easily back up my recommendations with the data I need. I also appreciate the ability to visualize data directly from Cue. I'm a daily user! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cue?

not much I dislike - it's obviously a learning curve to learn how to prompt it to get the results I want, but would expect that with any AI tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Cue solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before bringing Cue on board, we had limited ability to analyze data for marketing purposes. We had to prioritize only critical work, likely leaving behind new opportunities that would have been uncovered in lower priority analyses. Now, we have no limitations to the number and types of analyses we can perform and are able to prioritize our analyst's time only on larger, more complex and critical analyses and reporting.
