What do you like best about CTM360?

CTM360 provides outstanding visibility into our external attack surface. For a financial institution, brand protection and proactive threat detection are critical. The platform excels at identifying rogue applications, phishing domains, and credential leaks early. Their automated takedown capabilities and highly responsive support team significantly reduce the time it takes to mitigate external threats. What do you dislike about CTM360?

Because the platform scans so comprehensively, the sheer volume of initial alerts can be a bit overwhelming during the early onboarding phases. However, once the alert thresholds and asset inventories are properly tuned, the signal-to-noise ratio becomes highly actionable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is CTM360 solving and how is that benefiting you?

It solves the massive challenge of monitoring the deep, dark, and surface web for brand abuse and external cyber threats. The primary benefit is proactive risk management, we can detect and neutralize threats before they impact our infrastructure or our customers.
