What do you like best about CTM360?

We have been using CTM360 for over five years, and it has provided significant value to our cybersecurity operations by improving visibility into our organisation's external digital footprint and enabling us to identify and respond to cyber risks proactively. The platform allows us to monitor assets, detect vulnerabilities, identify exposed information, and track potential threats from a centralised platform.

We regularly use modules such as HackerView for External Attack Surface Management (ASM), which helps us discover and monitor internet-facing assets such as domains, subdomains, and IP addresses. CyberBlindspot supports Digital Risk Protection by helping identify impersonation, fraudulent domains, and other threats to our digital presence. We also use Cyba for cybersecurity news and alerts, while WebHunt is valuable for research and analysis, including identifying phishing and brand-related threats. What do you dislike about CTM360?

The least helpful aspect of CTM360 is that some of the information generated requires further validation and analysis before action can be taken. At times, alerts may contain low-priority findings, increasing the workload for the cybersecurity team when reviewing and prioritising alerts. The platform could also benefit from stronger AI integration to improve automated analysis, reduce false positives, correlate related alerts, and provide more intelligent risk prioritisation and actionable recommendations. What problems is CTM360 solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before using CTM360, we struggled with limited visibility of our external digital footprint and relied heavily on Opne Source and manual processes to identify exposed assets, vulnerabilities, phishing websites, impersonation attempts, and leaked information. This made it difficult and time-consuming to proactively identify and prioritise cyber risks affecting our organisation and constituents.

After implementing CTM360, we continuously monitor our external attack surface, identify potential threats, receive alerts, and conduct research and analysis from a centralized platform. This has improved our situational awareness, reduced the time spent on manual monitoring, and enabled us to proactively engage affected organisations before incidents escalate.
