What do you like best about CTM?

A wide variety of phone number area codes to choose from; they've updated the UI. It's much more fluid now than when we started using it. A few AI additions and personalization options to take advantage of. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CTM?

The mobile app has improved significantly too, but I think it still has room for improvement for Android devices. It's still a bit buggy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering CTM:

This platform can be used if you're a Small/Medium/Huge business owner. It adapts to your needs and its integration features are amazing and ample. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is CTM solving and how is that benefiting you?

We stopped using two different software to record/transfer/review calls in the office and were able to create a better queue than before, we also started offering the service that we use to other companies. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
