**What do you like best about Crystal?**

I use Crystal alongside LinkedIn and absolutely love the insights I get from it. What I love most about Crystal is the chart feature based on BANK personalities. It's familiar to most people and shows where someone is in relation to you, which is really important if they're polar opposites of your personality. It helps ensure that I don't expect them to react the way I would. I find it super helpful, especially when more than one person is going to be in a meeting, to take a look at how they're going to interact together. The setup was incredibly easy; basically, you just turn it on, pay, and go.

**What do you dislike about Crystal?**

I would say if there's anything that doesn't work well for me, it's the pricing. It isn't very responsive to an early-stage company. The per-seat pricing for my organization means that I'm really the only one at this juncture that can afford to have the product. I would love to be able to integrate it in for all of my salespeople and my service people as well.

**What problems is Crystal solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Crystal to enhance my LinkedIn interactions. It provides insights on whether a person prefers detailed conversations or bullet points. It also helps me understand if we're opposites in personality, aiding in better communication and interaction, especially in meetings with multiple people.

**What do you like best about Crystal?**

Crystal simplifies the process of preparing for conversations, sales, and negotiations by providing insights into the personality types, preferences, and aversions of the people you’ll be interacting with. This makes it much easier to approach each situation with confidence and understanding.

**What do you dislike about Crystal?**

So far, I haven't come across anything that I find unhelpful.

**What problems is Crystal solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Crystal Knows addresses the challenge of "blind" communication in sales, recruiting, and collaboration by uncovering how individuals prefer to communicate and make decisions. It then translates these insights into practical advice on what to say, how to say it, and how to work effectively with others. The main issue Crystal Knows tackles is the time wasted by people trying to guess the best way to approach prospects, candidates, and colleagues, which often results in awkward conversations, low response rates, and stalled deals.

Crystal provides interesting insights when contacting people on LinkedIn. This can help to better understand your interlocutors and adapt your communication accordingly.

**What do you dislike about Crystal?**

There are too few credits available in the free version. Moreover, the extension automatically launches a scan as soon as you visit a profile, even if you didn't request it.

**What problems is Crystal solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The formulations used in emails and messages are important for clearly conveying one's ideas and maintaining professional communication. I have noticed that the choice of words and the tone used can really influence how the message is perceived by the recipient. It is therefore essential to carefully craft the writing, whether for formal or more informal exchanges, in order to avoid any misunderstandings and to foster good relationships.

I use Crystal to help us understand our clients and build relationships more efficiently. I like that it's easy to use and very accurate. Crystal helps in understanding strengths and blind spots, making it a great tool to understand others and enhance relationship building. The initial setup was very easy, and we integrate the results with our CRM for better account management.

**What do you like best about Crystal?**

These insights help me greatly when joining a new team! I can better understand how to communicate with those I am working with - shortening the learning curve. They have helpful features for crafting emails to customers and it's easy to use. The chrome integration is also very helpful.

**What do you dislike about Crystal?**

The price per credit seems a bit high although, if you can prove it's value by winning a deal through the 5 free credits, I can see where it would be helpful. ( I was not able to do this)

**What problems is Crystal solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's helping me communicate better with my team! 

I would love to be able to use it to get more customer meetings but the credits don't go far enough with what it takes to learn how to use it.

I reached out to the sales team for support to make sure I got the most out of the trial and didn't get a response. I also messaged on LinkedIn and didn't get any response.

CrystalKnows is truly remarkable. It's super easy to set up, use, and integrate into social platforms. I personally use CrystalKnows to communicate with my clients and prospects to tailor my responses to them. I try to use it with every interaction that I have with someone professionally.

I haven't bit the bullet on the monthly subscription yet because of the price, but I'm sure I will end up because it's a great tool.

**What do you like best about Crystal?**

What I love most about Crystal is how spot-on the DISC profiles are for understanding client personalities. It’s like having a cheat sheet for making real connections. The tips on how to approach different types of clients—whether they need details and structure or a friendly, casual vibe—have really helped my team communicate more effectively. It’s been a game-changer in building trust right from the first interaction, especially with clients who might normally take a bit longer to warm up.

**What do you dislike about Crystal?**

Honestly, there’s not much to dislike—it’s a solid tool. If I had to pick something, I’d say it would be nice to have more flexibility to tweak reports or insights to match our specific industry needs. Also, if it could sync directly with our CRM, that’d make it even easier to use Crystal as part of our everyday workflow.

**What problems is Crystal solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Crystal’s been a huge help with one of our biggest challenges: figuring out the best way to connect with each client from the get-go. Before, we’d spend a lot of time just trying to gauge what kind of communication style would resonate—whether someone prefers a detailed breakdown or a quick, to-the-point chat. With Crystal’s DISC profiles, we instantly get a read on each client’s personality and what they respond best to, so we’re not guessing.

The difference has been huge. We’re able to build trust faster, get right to what matters for each client, and ultimately have more productive conversations. It’s saved us time and helped us close deals more smoothly because clients feel like we really understand them.
