What do you like best about Crystal?

Crystal simplifies the process of preparing for conversations, sales, and negotiations by providing insights into the personality types, preferences, and aversions of the people you’ll be interacting with. What problems is Crystal solving and how is that benefiting you?

Crystal Knows addresses the challenge of "blind" communication in sales, recruiting, and collaboration by uncovering how individuals prefer to communicate and make decisions. It then translates these insights into practical advice on what to say, how to say it, and how to work effectively with others. The main issue Crystal Knows tackles is the time wasted by people trying to guess the best way to approach prospects, candidates, and colleagues, which often results in awkward conversations, low response rates, and stalled deals.
