What do you like best about Crystal Clear Conversions?

With many Haitians living in the area it has been extremely helpful translating in Haitian Creole. It is the only translation software that translates in Haitian Creole. We can save the conversation in their record. Accurate and a time saver! Has also been very helpful with our hearing impaired defendants!! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Crystal Clear Conversions?

It has limited languages as it currently has about 12 languages. I wish it had more. In the court system we occasionally see foreign travelers such as Korean and other lesser used languages. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Crystal Clear Conversions solving and how is that benefiting you?

When there is a foreign defendant in court there is no longer any doubt that they understand their rights and no question on our end that they are entering their plea with a clear understanding. We are accurately documenting their statements, printing it and saving it in their record. This has been very helpful for the hearing impaired in the same process.
