Easy to understand the UI,
Transactions are quick and clear.
A great number of tradeable currencies.
Support is almost lightning fast.
No bureaucracy while doing several transactions within minutes.

Commissions,
Besides, that service is really good, I would say that commissions are significantly high.
Maybe it's crypto standard, but 3 percent for card payment as an additional commission, that's too high I think Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
