Crunchafi is easy to use, our clients are able to navigate it and can choose to enter information themselves or have us enter it, the reports provided are helpful, and cost is reasonable. I think when the lease term expires, the lease should automatically fall to inactive but not deleted in case historical information is needed, but there should not be an active charge. My understanding is that we have to delete old leases. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
