CrowdTangle allows me to see how our organization's Facebook and Instagram posts do compared to a wide competitive set. Based on that, we can make decisions about programming and social framing. Seeing what posts are "overperforming" has been an invaluable asset and gives important insight into what's working in our social media strategy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I wish CrowdTangle had a historic overview. I can see which posts have been overperforming over the past six hours, but I can't go back further than that. Sometimes the day is busy and I forget to look at how a specific post has done shortly after it posted; when I do remember to check, it's too late for me to know.
