**What do you like best about Crossbeam?**

If you are wanting to surround your prospects and customers with value and truly create ELG (Ecosystem Lead Growth) then Crossbeam is absolutely the foundation.  The insights from Crossbeam are not just for partner teams, every function can benefit from the data and it is a win win for GTM, Partners, Prospects and Customers.  Integration with SFDC is simple and not an overhead for opps, insights in real time.  Commercially the ROI is very easy to justify and simply priced and the team genuinely care that you get the most from the investment.  The new AI capabilities make life even easier.  If you say you do partnering and do not use Crossbeam, do you actually do partnering.

**What do you dislike about Crossbeam?**

That it isn't the best kept secret anymore.

**What problems is Crossbeam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Enables the partner org to align based on data with the right partner at the right time.  It helps our sales team adjust the narrative based on the ecosystem the customer already has invested in.  Not giving away too much but data driven cross functional collaboration for not just landing accounts but retaining and expanding.

**What do you like best about Crossbeam?**

What I like best about Crossbeam is that it makes partner collaboration much more actionable. Instead of guessing where there might be mutual value, it gives a clear view of account overlaps so we can prioritise the right companies, align on a joint GTM motion, and get to warm introductions much faster. It helps turn partnership conversations into something concrete and measurable, which is especially useful when trying to build momentum quickly with the right partners.

**What do you dislike about Crossbeam?**

What is least helpful about Crossbeam is that the overlap data is only as useful as the partner engagement behind it. You can identify strong account matches and clear whitespace, but that does not automatically translate into momentum if the other side is slow to respond or not ready to activate a joint motion. In that sense, Crossbeam is very good at surfacing opportunity, but the follow-through still depends heavily on partner responsiveness and execution.

**What problems is Crossbeam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Crossbeam is solving the problem of limited visibility in partner collaboration. Without it, it is much harder to know where there is real overlap, which accounts should be prioritised, and where a partner can help accelerate a conversation. The main benefit for me is that it makes partnership work much more focused and actionable by helping identify the right shared accounts, create a clearer joint GTM motion, and drive warmer, more relevant introductions.

**What do you like best about Crossbeam?**

As part of the partner management team, Crossbeam helps identify priority and actions easily, facilitate partner onboarding, and helps identify opportunities which can be translated into SQL. Interface and integration set up is quite easy and straight forward.

**What do you dislike about Crossbeam?**

The notification to slack specifically is not customisable, which is a key for extending the insights within Crossbeam to a wider group of audience in my organisation, including sales and SDR. For example, if we can include a link to the salesforce opportunities directly that will help, now it only show the links to Crossbeam account which is not always helpful. Some of the feature like partner scores seem interesting but it is not available for my network, then it does not really help. Some feature or the platform itself still strongly dependent on usage in my network.

Also, the ROI is defintely stronger at the onboarding stage, but less beneficial in terms of BAU workflow. I find it harder to show and prove the value after the first few months. Also there are limited features in helping to track actions per deal.

**What problems is Crossbeam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Quickly identify overlapping accounts and opportunities is definitely still the most helpful one. Saving a lot of time in onboarding a new relationship, identify focus and actions.

What I like best about Crossbeam is how it simplifies and accelerates partnership co‑selling and lead generation. It allows us to quickly identify shared accounts, relevant account executives, and detailed account information across our partner ecosystem—without waiting hours or days to make manual connections.

**What do you dislike about Crossbeam?**

Overall, there isn’t much to dislike about Crossbeam. If anything, some of the more advanced features and reporting capabilities can take a bit of time to fully master, especially for new users. Occasionally, aligning data across different partner systems requires some initial setup and fine‑tuning. That said, these are minor points, and the continuous product improvements and responsiveness of the support team make the experience very smooth overall.

**What problems is Crossbeam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Crossbeam solves the challenge of partner data silos and slow, manual co‑selling coordination. Before using Crossbeam, identifying shared customers or prospects, finding the right account executives, and aligning with partners often took days of back‑and‑forth communication.
With Crossbeam, we gain instant visibility into overlapping accounts across our partner ecosystem, along with clear ownership and account intelligence. This enables us to move quickly on co‑selling opportunities, escalate active deals, and engage the right stakeholders without delays.
The platform also helps us identify whitespace accounts and expansion opportunities, align on cross‑sell strategies across regions and sales teams, and track follow‑ups from events and campaigns. Being able to upload and map lead and customer data such as matching Citrix customers with IGEL and Omnissa prospects provides real, actionable insights.
Overall, Crossbeam significantly improves speed, transparency, and effectiveness in partner collaboration, helping us generate more qualified leads, prioritize high‑value opportunities, and drive revenue together with our partners.

**What do you like best about Crossbeam?**

Crossbeam makes it easy to map our partner ecosystem and spot overlapping accounts in real time. Instead of manually cross-referencing account lists, I can instantly see which of our partners already work with a given prospect or client, which speeds up warm intros and co-sell conversations. The Salesforce integration keeps this data synced automatically, so I'm not chasing spreadsheets to figure out where partnership opportunities exist — it turns raw overlap data into clients we can act on commercially. Even with a large volume of partner and account data, searches and overlap reports load quickly and reliably, with no noticeable lag even during peak usage. The interface is clean and intuitive, so new team members get up to speed without much hand-holding, and onboarding itself was smooth thanks to a responsive support team that helped us get the integrations configured correctly from day one. Given how much manual account-mapping work it replaces, the pricing feels well justified by the deals it helps us source and accelerate. The one area I'd love to see develop further is AI-driven prioritization — surfacing which overlaps are most likely to convert, rather than us having to triage that manually.

**What do you dislike about Crossbeam?**

My main frustration has been that the value of Crossbeam really depends on how consistently our partners keep their own data updated — when a partner's account list goes stale, our overlap reports lose accuracy until they resync. Setting up more advanced populations and custom reports also has a bit of a learning curve at first, and I've occasionally wanted more flexibility in how we export and slice that data for internal stakeholders who aren't in the tool daily. As mentioned earlier, the AI-driven prioritization still feels underdeveloped — it surfaces the overlaps but doesn't yet help us rank which ones are worth acting on first, so that triage is still manual.

**What problems is Crossbeam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Crossbeam, identifying which partners overlapped with our target accounts was a manual process — cross-referencing spreadsheets and relying on individual reps to remember or ask around. That made it slow to spot co-sell opportunities and easy to miss warm intros entirely. Now, with real-time overlap data synced through Salesforce, we can immediately see where a partner already has a relationship with a prospect or client, which has cut down the time spent chasing this information from days to minutes. The result is more qualified warm intros, faster co-sell conversations, and ultimately partner-sourced or partner-influenced pipeline that we can point to directly, rather than relying on anecdotal wins.

**What do you like best about Crossbeam?**

Crossbeam has helped my team "next level" accounting mapping. It's allowed us to easily identify target accounts with our mutual partners and deepen and strengthen relationships across our ecosystem much easier than manual tools. It connects directly with our Salesforce to get the most relevant data in front of our partners so our relationships are mutually beneficial. I also want to highlight the specific support we get from our Account Manager, our entire team feels like he works for us, he's a champion for our company within Crossbeam and enables us to use this tool more effectively. The new training and support we get from their team is incredible.

**What do you dislike about Crossbeam?**

There's not much to dislike about crossbeam, but if I could have one small complaint, is that sometimes the pages take a little bit to load so you'll need to wait and refresh.

**What problems is Crossbeam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Crossbeam helps reduce the manual effort of account mapping with partners. It's got an easy to use visual interface that displays overlapping accounts in a grid format instead of having to page through data. It's also providing us insights into potential customers on our target lists like how likely are they to buy, helps us navigate deals, and provides useful play by plays to help our account execs win more deals with partner support.

**What do you like best about Crossbeam?**

Crossbeam has become a core tool in our tech partner qualification and co-selling workflow. 

Today we use it primarily in two ways: first, for commercial assessment of potential tech partner,  being able to quickly see overlap with a partner's customer base gives us a much more grounded basis for evaluating strategic fit than relying on self-reported claims. Second, for co-selling motion,  both identifying net new leads where a partner has influence, and mapping existing install base overlap to prioritize joint accounts. 

The account mapping functionality is straightforward, and the ability to share controlled data slices with partners without exposing your full CRM is genuinely well thought out.

The AI Sales Assistant is well integrated into our CRM workflow, which means our sales team can actually use it without switching context. It surfaces partner overlap insights directly where reps are already working, making it a practical tool rather than something that requires a separate login and manual effort to get value from.

We're ok with the price point and overall performance is nothing to comment on as it always works well.

**What do you dislike about Crossbeam?**

The value is only as good as the data quality and completeness on both sides, so getting smaller or less technically mature partners connected and synced can require some hand-holding, but with the mature ones it works very well. A small minus is the extra cost of adding PRM integrations/need for changing plans

**What problems is Crossbeam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Its nice that we've gotten rid of tons of spreadsheets and manual accont mapping, cross-referencing and gut-feel partner qualification with real account data, so both partner managers and sales reps can make faster, more informed decisions on where to focus. 

The partner ecosystem stops being a separate tool and becomes a live signal embedded in how the team already works.

**What do you like best about Crossbeam?**

Crossbeam gives our sales and ops teams real-time visibility into shared accounts with our partners, eliminating manual reporting, redundant outreach, and the back-and-forth of chasing down partner information. The Salesforce widget is a standout feature for our sellers — it surfaces relevant partner overlap directly in their workflow, enabling faster introductions, warmer co-selling conversations, and shorter sales cycles. The Slack integration rounds out the experience by delivering instant notifications on account crossover, keeping our team informed without any extra effort. Maintenance and updates are quick and painless on our end. Our Customer Success manager has also been a consistent resource, proactively surfacing features we hadn't yet explored. Overall, we are extremely satisfied with Crossbeam and are actively looking to expand our usage.

**What do you dislike about Crossbeam?**

One area worth improving would be the introduction of usage-based licensing as an alternative to the current seat-based model. We find ourselves allocating licenses to team members who need occasional access but do not use the platform frequently enough to justify a dedicated seat. A consumption-based or flexible access tier would better reflect how tools like Crossbeam are actually used across a broader organization.

**What problems is Crossbeam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Crossbeam has helped us move deals faster by giving our team immediate visibility into which partners are best positioned to support a given opportunity. Rather than manually triaging outreach, we can quickly identify and loop in the right partners and internal team members at the right stage of the sales cycle. The result is more partner sourced pipeline, stronger co-selling motion, and less time lost to coordination overhead.

**What do you like best about Crossbeam?**

The visibility across a large swath of partners makes this truly fluid, actionable, and easy to use. The UI/UX is simple, intuitive, and helpful when you do get stuck. All the integration capabilities are wonderful, from Salesforce direct integration to AI MCP integrations, the platform allows you to operate as fluidly as your business requires. We would be spending countless hours doing manual processes without Crossbeam. The system is also exceedingly reliable, we've never had any down time or issues logging in, truly a huge value add and something we constantly see ROI on. The support team is also always there to help us, even if we have a new employee, the Crossbeam team is there to help from their hands on approach to their learning academy. Integrating AI into Crossbeam has been easy, utilizing our company instance of things like Claude and ChatGPT has been seamless.

**What do you dislike about Crossbeam?**

Sometimes the fuzzy matching from one partner Salesforce to our own can be challenging because our verbiage does not always line up with everyone elses.

**What problems is Crossbeam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scale, we can go further and reach more unique partners in a given day or week than ever before. It also surfaces truly relevant information that can instruct our teams to collaborate more effectivley with our top partners.

**What do you like best about Crossbeam?**

Navigating the platform is super intuitive. Being able to connect our databases for overlaps allows us to be more efficient in our outreach. We are still early in our use of Crossbeam and we are finding more and more ways to use it as time goes on. The Crossbeam team was super helpful in getting everything set up for us, and sharing best practices. We have already sourced 5 net new deals from it, so now just a matter of closing them.

**What do you dislike about Crossbeam?**

There were certain fields that were shared with us from our partners that were not able to be mapped over into our CRM, which could have streamlined our workflow more.

**What problems is Crossbeam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Crossbeam gives us insight into our warmest customers and gives us data that we never were able to access. The investment for us was no brainer when we look at cost and the potential ROI of the solution.
