What do you like best about Crossbeam?

Crossbeam provides tremendous value to our partner program by eliminating the need to share messy spreadsheets with your partners. It allows you to securely share customer, prospect, and target account information with your partners in a way that is actionable.

By accurately and efficiently matching our lists with our partners' lists, Crossbeam allows us to can quickly determine the total addressable market for new potential partnerships while also surfacing important insights that help drive our go-to-market and sell-with motions with our established partnerships.

The Customer Success team at Crossbeam has always gone above-and-beyond to help us get more out of the solution. They have helped us onboard several partners who needed extra support and they are always willing to share roadmap plans as well as creative suggestions for how to optimize our investment. What do you dislike about Crossbeam?

What problems is Crossbeam solving and how is that benefiting you?

Crossbeam is a critical piece of our Revenue Tech stack.

The main benefits that we have realized revolve around surfacing insights that our field teams can action to accelerate alignment with our partners in the field.

We have lots of examples within the first year of Crossbeam having been the catalyst for sourcing inbound opportunities for 6sense. We also have lots of examples of how Crossbeam has guided us to align with specific partners on in-flight sales pursuits that subsequently closed due to the partner's contribution.
