"Efficient Lead Nurturing, Needs Better CRM Integration"
4/5
What do you like best about Cronberry?

My favorite feature of Cronberry is its actionable lead scoring and fully customizable nurture automation, which completely fixed the messy lead management problems we had when we were still using InfinityFlow.io. At DevPro Tech Solutions, our B2B software development sales cycle is extremely long, and we get mixed leads every single day — casual startup browsers, mid-market companies shopping for system upgrades, and serious enterprise decision-makers. Back when I used InfinityFlow.io, there was zero engagement tracking. I had to open every single lead record manually to check email activity, which made it impossible to prioritize my outreach efficiently. Last quarter, I accidentally wasted weeks following up with low-intent contacts while neglecting a high-value manufacturing firm that was actively researching custom ERP development. After switching to Cronberry, this issue disappeared entirely. The built-in lead scoring automatically tracks every interaction, including link clicks, email opens, and resource downloads. I can instantly tell which prospects are genuinely interested in paid development projects. I also love how flexible the automated sequences are. I’ve built separate nurture tracks for MVP startups, enterprise clients, and tech partners, and I can tweak send intervals and email copy anytime without developer support. The clean dashboard lets me quickly audit which campaigns are driving discovery calls and which ones are underperforming. This has eliminated blind outreach entirely. I no longer burn time on unqualified leads, and I’ve steadily increased my monthly booked demo count. Even with the manual sync work required with Less Annoying CRM, Cronberry’s smart automation and engagement scoring make my daily BD workflow far more efficient and revenue-focused. What do you dislike about Cronberry?

The biggest pain points I face with Cronberry mainly stem from its inflexible workflow triggers, basic lead scoring limitations, and lack of native Less Annoying CRM integration — all of which create avoidable manual work and occasional professional missteps in our B2B outreach. The most embarrassing issue happened two months ago with a healthcare software prospect. After we scheduled a formal discovery call, Cronberry’s rigid workflow rules couldn’t pause the active nurture sequence automatically. The client received three more generic introductory emails over the next week, which made our team look unorganized and forced me to send a personal apology email to repair the relationship. Beyond trigger restrictions, the lead scoring system is far too basic for our layered sales process. I cannot assign weighted values to high-intent actions like downloading enterprise case studies or requesting project quotes. These critical actions count the same as opening a routine newsletter, so the platform frequently flags casual browsers as hot leads while burying genuinely serious enterprise prospects. I’m forced to manually audit every scored lead list to correct its mistakes. On top of that, since there’s no CRM sync with Less Annoying CRM, I have to perform full weekly CSV exports, data cleaning, and re-imports. During our busy Q3 outreach season, I once skipped the weekly update, causing 20+ newly qualified leads to miss our nurture sequence start date and cool off prematurely. The lack of pre-built B2B templates also forced me to build every workflow from scratch during onboarding, which dragged out our setup timeline significantly.
