What do you like best about Crobox?

Getting up and running with Crobox was super quick and smooth, from the start of the implementation to the go-live date. We are extremely happy that Crobox can make things happen much faster than its competitors. The most important part for us was the response time, which instilled a lot of trust into the partnership and made us feel heard and taken care of. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Crobox?

We need to attract more visibility to the Finder itself – something that we are working on internally. The more people that will use the Shoe Finder, the more people we can help guide across our webshop funnel. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Crobox solving and how is that benefiting you?

Online, people often get lost and don’t know what to buy. Before Crobox, our Finder was basically a filter mechanism, but because of our position in the market, we need to do better. We need to be the experts that consumers come to for advice. With our unique position in the market, we need to be authenticators, and a Product Finder is a great way to deliver this.
