**What do you like best about CRMOne?**

Migrating our old data into CRMOne was surprisingly smooth and quick, with helpful guides.	A few custom fields needed manual adjustment after import.	We no longer worry about losing customer info or starting from scratch everything moved over seamlessly.	Moving all our data to CRMOne was fast and smooth. Their guides made the whole process easy.

**What do you dislike about CRMOne?**

When we imported our data, a few custom fields needed manual edits. Took extra time, but it worked out.

**What problems is CRMOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Customers were unhappy because we weren’t following up on time.

We love the real-time alerts. Every time a lead signs up, responds, or updates anything, we get notified. It helps us act fast and close deals quicker

**What do you dislike about CRMOne?**

Customer profiles can get cluttered if you don’t clean them up often.

**What problems is CRMOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Earlier, we had to go through emails and Excel sheets. Now everything is in one place, super easy to find.
