What do you like best about Crisp?

It is a pretty easy to use interactive messaging platform that I was able to integrate into my workflow and get my team to switch to it from Slack. Everyone is very satisfied and we are able to see the outcomes in productivity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Crisp?

There could be more features, like an intense video conferencing, like a one-stop shop for all things related to work communications. Like how Microsoft Teams has reached, integrate the app into the workflow itself. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Crisp:

Focus on scaling up and getting the product to new companies initially at a low price. Also, a beta version to be passed to colleges so that college teams can internally use it and then students who will be the next workforce can start using it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Crisp solving and how is that benefiting you?
