I like and useful for me is the flexibility around agent roles, tools, memory, and task delegation in Crewai. In one use case, I had a research and writing agents work together instead of manually moving information between separate AI conversations automating the overall flow by integrating the crews. For me CrewAI offers good value because the open source framework is free, while the hosted platform provides useful workflow management and observability. For a small project the free option one is enough, but larger production use may require paid plans and the sales team may also provide a POC for a use case in case of subscription for an organization Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

My main challenge was getting comfortable with the different concepts and configuration options. Setting up agents, tasks, tools, memory, and Flows takes some learning, especially initially.
