What do you like best about Crescendo Speech?

Our teams appreciate the user transparency of the system, it is incredibly effective and useful for users to not have to make adjustments to the system, because the system adapts to individual users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Crescendo Speech?

Overall, we would have benefited from additional integration assistance when making the change to this platform. While our users had knowledge of dictation systems from previous experience, there is always a slight learning curve when trying to learn a new program. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Crescendo Speech:

I would recommend this product for many organizations in an industry that calls for transcribing, including medical or legal environments. The adaptable software to each user was one of the best features we found when we switched to Crescendo. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Crescendo Speech solving and how is that benefiting you?

The reporting capabilities are very useful in this system, compared to previous programs used. We now have little to no backlogged dictations and have had little to no need for our users to change their dictation habits with the system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
