What do you dislike about Crescendo.ai?

The only real downside is that creating, organising and maintaining the content needed to get the best out of the AI can be quite time-consuming and labour-intensive. However, this is largely part of ensuring the AI delivers accurate, high-quality responses, and the results we’ve achieved with Crescendo have absolutely made the effort worthwhile. What problems is Crescendo.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?

Crescendo is helping us transform our customer support by delivering fast, consistent, 24/7 assistance to customers across the UK and US. Before Crescendo, customers could wait up to 72 hours for a response, especially during busy periods or when queries came in outside our working hours. With Crescendo, our AI assistant, now resolves around 75% of enquiries across chat and email, and our first response time has dropped to roughly one minute. Ultimately, Crescendo has enabled us to scale our customer support, improve responsiveness and maintain the high standard of service our customers expect, without needing to increase headcount.
