"Creo Supercharged Our Complex Projects with Generative Design and Multi-CAD Compatibility"

What do you like best about Creo?

Creo has been a huge upgrade for how our team manages complex, multi-part projects. The generative design tools we explore dozens of structurally optimized part variants in the time it used to take to model one by hand, which has been a game-changer for weight reduction and material efficiency. Advanced simulation is built right in, so we can validate stress, thermal, and motion behavior without bouncing between separate software that alone has saved us weeks on validation cycles.

The multi-CAD interoperability is probably the standout feature for us. Our field crews and partner teams work across different CAD ecosystems, and Creo handles imported geometry from other platforms cleanly, without the usual headaches of broken features or geometry repair. What do you dislike about Creo?

The learning curve is real for new users, especially coming from more entry-level tools the depth of features means onboarding takes longer than we’d like. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Creo solving and how is that benefiting you?

It keeps our big, complicated projects from falling apart. When we got assemblies with thousands of parts, Creo doesn’t choke or slow to a crawl like some of the lighter tools do. It also plays nice with files from other CAD software, so our field crews and outside partners can share work without constant fixing and reformatting.
