The entire process of working with them was smooth as we were able to understand each other's requirements clearly. **What do you dislike about CredSure?** There is not much to dislike about them since they get the work done efficiently. If I have to point one out, more options to customize certificates are welcome! **What problems is CredSure solving and how is that benefiting you?** Digital certificates are backed up on blockchain and are instantly verifiable. CredSure helped us issue certificates for our interns and employees, which they can easily share over social media and other platforms. Because they were backed up on blockchain, they were tamper-proof and authentic! So is there anything I can dislike about Certif - ID? **What problems is CredSure solving and how is that benefiting you?** Tamper-proof degree awards and reducing paper dependance. Our recruitment increased because of Certif-ID actually because the prospects liked how their award is verifiable by anyone and registered on blockchain. It gives assurance and confidence to all the stakeholders. Specially the bulk processing on their system is super simple. **What do you dislike about CredSure?** I would like the system to be able to help us create new templates, which is quite a process and takes a few days and has to be done by the backend team and that can delay things sometimes. **What problems is CredSure solving and how is that benefiting you?** The certificates that we issue, give us higher credentials than they did before. They hand-held me towards the whole process, from registration and certificate template management to issuing e-certificates and developing any other add-ons we needed. The service was quick as they truly understood the need for urgency in solving specific issues, big or small. I had a lot of questions, and they addressed every query professionally. Whenever I face any issue, I know Certif-ID is just a WhatsApp text away. The system was easy to adapt and use, straightforward and no-nonsense. Understanding our organization as a non-profit, Certif-ID has made it easy for us to start using the system immediately, unlike other e-certification providers we encountered. Indeed, as we grow in size, Certif-ID also grows together and adds more exciting features, which will be helpful for us in the future. While Certif-ID adapts digital solutions and technology, the people behind this incredible system are humanizing technology, staying interactive and always responsive. **What do you dislike about CredSure?** It is pretty unlikely for me to dislike anything about Certif-ID. Maybe providing additional designing services to the e-certificates templates will complete the certification solution. I also wish to have the ability to customize emails sent to recipients of the e-certificates. **What problems is CredSure solving and how is that benefiting you?** Certif-ID takes away ALL manual works of issuing certificates, including printing, materials, sorting and manual checking. We saved a lot in courier costs and the hassles with physical certificates. Yet, they made it affordable and matched the cost of physical certificates we were using, encouraging us to quickly adapt to the digital solution.
