The customer support was a deciding factor. They are quick to respond and if they don't have an answer they will follow up. When you're running a studio a prompt response is critical. The company is fairly new so they are still building out some features. There are ways that I need to use the software that aren't available yet. However they are always updating the software and work with us with work arounds. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
