**What do you like best about Creative Force?**

Creative Force provides visibility into the various stages of image creation all under one software. This was a task that was previously handled by multiple tools and required a lot of manual tracking, which takes away from actually doing the work. Creative Force isn't just a software, it's a partnership with a shared goal of creating efficiencies within workflows. The reporting functions have been tremendous in allowing us to speak to our business.

**What do you dislike about Creative Force?**

The onboarding work required a lot of time. I wonder if some "presets" or studio best practice templates could help ease the onboarding process. There were times where my team wanted to know how other CF customers were using the tool. Maybe some presets or templates would make onboarding less challenging for smaller teams.

**What problems is Creative Force solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Creative Force provides clear visibility into the different stages of image production. This allows us to see when the team encounters issues, monitor productivity, and gain insights to help us scale our processes.

**What do you like best about Creative Force?**

Before using Creative Force, the workflow of production was very cumbersome. Working between several different documents at the same time took time and led to errors in production. Since using Creative Force, our previous challenges are no longer a problem. Having dedicated workflows, style guides, presets, vendor connection, and many other features has made time on set much more enjoyable and easier to transfer any production requirements or changes from team member to team member.

**What do you dislike about Creative Force?**

For the most part, Creative Force has made the studio's workflow better. For any problems we may have had, the Creative Force team has been fantastic in resolving the issue or updating a feature. The only pain point I have is the check-in and check-out process. For products with multiple jobs, having a check-in/out all button would be nice. Processing hundreds of samples can get tedious when everything needs to be scanned multiple times because they were shot on two or more jobs. Additionally, it would be helpful to see on the check-in/out screen, when there are multiple jobs, the product's production status of each job to know which one needs to be completed. When a sample is sent numerous times for production on different jobs, it will simplify knowing what needs to be completed during the check-in step.

**What problems is Creative Force solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest problem that Creative Force has solved in our workflow is consistency. Before, we would constantly have errors in several different production steps. The implementation of Creative Force has allowed us to automate most steps of production and drastically cut down on simple mistakes. The ease of production has allowed us to produce more content than ever before, and we need the automation that Creative Force provides to keep up with demand.

**What do you like best about Creative Force?**

One of the best thing about the softwear is it abilty to adapt to the users needs.
I have used Creative Force in 2 different studios on a daily basis, for a number of individual clients across those studios and each had their own workflow. I was amazed to see how the Creative Force softwear had been untilised in very different ways while still being user friendly and ultimatly making the process of delivering outstanding work to my clients simpler. 
Not only does it make workflow easier from start to finish but it also has great traking abilities and allows me to know exactly where assests are int he system and any time. 
I was on the frontline of implimenting the Cretive force system in a studio and the customer support was impecable, there was obviously a period of learning the system and the customer support team were on had to answer any questions we had even the most simple making integration into the studio quick and simple.
Overall my experience of using Creative Force is nothing but good it made my life and my teams lives simpler and allowed us to produce assets quicker while mintaing the same standards.

**What do you dislike about Creative Force?**

The only negative I have is sometime the soloutions to problems are a little long winded and you have to go thought a number of steps to do something  that could be simpler.

**What problems is Creative Force solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In a photography studio Creative Force enables us to move assests through the studio without much human input, aloowing us to track assest at every point and avoid human mistakes in the process.

**What do you like best about Creative Force?**

Creative force is adapable for every needs and the features are ease of implementation and integration. Hosts features of ERP,offers production planning tools, such as shot lists, mood boards, and scheduling templates. The Customer Support is great. Overall it is an effective and easy to use plattform.

**What do you dislike about Creative Force?**

Connectivity is sometimes slow. Some tasks (e.g. moving products to another job) take a lot of time.

Overseeing the hole production process, having different styleguides. The Containerlogic helps with bigger warehouses like ours.

**What do you like best about Creative Force?**

I like that all the progress of the creative process is real time. All members of the team can access the information at any moment. From my experience using CF in the capture station, the customer service has been always phenomenal.

In my workflow I have not seen downsizes.

**What do you like best about Creative Force?**

You can tell Creative Force is developed by industry pros with extensive e-commerce backgrounds. Nine times out of ten, there's a solution to your specific problem already built into the system, and if there's not, the Creative Force team will work with you to build it. From the post-production side the amount of manual tracking and filling out information on spreadsheets that Creative Force has eliminated is amazing.

**What do you dislike about Creative Force?**

There are some less than stellar UI situations. Essential features are sometimes buried pretty deep in the interface, and there aren't any options to customize the UI.

**Recommendations to others considering Creative Force:**

Be prepared to really partner with the Creative Force team to roll out the program for your organization. The onboarding can be strenuous, but it's worth it, and your Creative Force contacts will be with you every step of the way.

**What problems is Creative Force solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tracking the physical location of photoshoot samples, creating an accurate backlog of products to shoot and edit, streamlining the shot selection and image QC process, having accurate and accessible information for products in one, searchable place.

*Update*
After expanding our studio operations and moving our post production team to be fully remote Creative Force has become even more vital. Being able to deliver product imagery to our remote team without the use of a VPN is essential to our continued operation. Our efficiency reporting has gotten even more accurate and in-depth as we've learned more about the program and Creative Force has continued to take feedback and implement updates.

**What do you like best about Creative Force?**

Creative Force has allowed us to create uniform scalable processes and drastically reduce manual work and mistakes. Their integration with post processing vendors has also significantly reduced our turn around time. The CF team is also incredibly responsive and helpful in answering questions and helping us tailor our workflow

**What do you dislike about Creative Force?**

Our studio has historic workflows and requirements that aren't always easily captured in the CF environment. Legacy requirements can take creative thinking to add to the CF environment, but their team is always willing to help get you there.

**What problems is Creative Force solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Creative Force is constantly updating their system to meet users requests and it benefits our teams with increased clarity, output and ease of use. Our KPIs are positively influenced with every sprint update.

**What do you like best about Creative Force?**

One of the biggest upsides for us; is the amazing service that Creative Force offers. They are available whenever you need them to assist with process, system and to teach you whatever you need. Super useful Creative Force Academy that will ensure your whole team is set up with the right knowledge to get the most out of your system set up. Lots of options, amazing to keep track and useful insights to speed up and/or save time and money in your studio.

**What do you dislike about Creative Force?**

Personally, I haven't experienced dislikes to Creative Force. They are open to feedback, have a lot of improvements in the work and quick sprints to fix if something should happen. They contiousnly stay in contact to learn about how you work, what works for you and what you miss to make sure they offer this as soon as possible.

**What problems is Creative Force solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A very long list of manual work that has decreased due to working with Creative Force. Finally having insights in how far we are in the process, what has to be re-done and how effecient we are working as a team (or solo members from the team for performance enhancement)

**What do you like best about Creative Force?**

- It is a complete solution: automated & manual data uploads, style guide integrations, metadata use, real-time production status, user-friendly platforms, retouching vendors integration, etc. 
- They have an excellent knowledge of the fashion development cycle (a plus) and have a network of high-volume photo studio customers (they understood our requirement on day 1)
- They are structured to process and act on different types of feedback (short- and long-term actions); they release software updates monthly.  
- We can now provide assets under several different clients' requirements and over 50 style guides. 
- Freelancers can be autonomous quickly since Kelvin module displays the required angles.

**What do you dislike about Creative Force?**

Honestly, nothing. 
Here is some advice: The onboarding is a bit intense; ensure you have a team not impressed by new technology and set category priority. We were sailing smoothly after 2-3 months

**What do you like best about Creative Force?**

The UX and their attitude towards supporting the client and improvement.

**What do you dislike about Creative Force?**

The stiffness of a workflow management system versus the flexibility of manual management. However the benefits outweight this by far.

**Recommendations to others considering Creative Force:**

Think of the diversity, complexity and scale of your workflow. The more diverse or complex, the more sense CF makes. But also the more work the set-up/integration will be. This could be outweighed by the scale.

There are more options on the market. In my experience CF has a couple of beneifts over the competitors;
- It covers an Ecomm workflow completely, from first sample receival to last picture delivered and everything in between.
- The UX is catered towards visually oriented users, way more then other options.
- It doesnt try to replace  in existing Photography Software (Capture One) in our case.

**What problems is Creative Force solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have gained overview and minimized administration.

Overall it has helped us smoothen out the workflow, make less misstakes, deliver faster and more accurate. In the near future I expect it will help us shortening leadtimes, improving efficiency and share information easier.

The Creative Force platform offers all parts of photo production, from shooting to quality checks and post production. Everything is combined into one platform.

**What do you dislike about Creative Force?**

Pulling data can take a while, and the platform doesn't allow you to pull 100000s of rows at once. Therefore, multiple exports need to be fone. This can be tricky when data needs reviewing outside of CF. Also, resetting a full production type when there is only one new shot needed. This is quite time-consuming. Lastly, I have noticed when assigning products to containers; they often get released without doing it ourselves. The product logs show which users have done this, but this doesn't seem accurate.

  ### 13. Optimized workflow, backup, better overview of production, faster image delivery

**What do you like best about Creative Force?**

To have a centralized platform that optimizes my workflow. 
I have a backup of my files and can find and download all the assets in gamma. 
I have a better overview of our photo production and can track my own production through a period of time. For instance, I have stats and know exactly how much has been shot every month and how far we are in our production. 
I avoid shooting the same product two times, as the program will show me if the sample has been registered in the platform before. 
I don’t need to name files manually. 
I have access to my colleague’s production, and we can make quality check of each other’s images, in case if one of us is absent. 
I don’t need to login in our external editing service site to reject and comment on images, everything is done through the quality check in gamma. Also, I can write instructions and send images to be corrected internally, by myself or my colleague.
We have specific style guides in gamma and Kelvin for each product category, and a feature with color reference so our external editing service will follow standard settings and match model images with packshots.
I can reset the production, if needed and can choose which step to be redone.
Instead of batch upload, we have each style being uploaded immediately to external production, this is indeed a more effective flow: the images will be edited right away and delivered back faster. Before, I could not expect to have images ready on the same day as they have being shot, but now this is actually possible. Thus, instead of having to wait to process all the images at once in the end of the day, I export and upload just a few images at a time and I can put the clothes on the mannequin while the files are being exported from my software, which makes my flow faster.

**What do you dislike about Creative Force?**

Too many clicks in Kelvin, although there is already a few keyboard shortcuts, it could be improved. Folder structure when downloading images from gamma is not optimal, I would like to have all the files in the same folder. There could be a better integration between B2B and B2C production and an easier way to re-use images that are already in the platform.

**What problems is Creative Force solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Creative Fore gives me:

Quality check
Avoid shooting the same sample two times

How easy it is to upload data! I import the information from excel, and it transfers over perfectly. I love that updates are given for which jobs have been repeated, making communication with the whole team easy!

**What do you dislike about Creative Force?**

There are sometimes tech issues that occur that can take a while to be resolved, and this tends to hold up the production process. However, our team contact for getting these issues resolved is beneficial!

**What problems is Creative Force solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows for me to prepare our production team for an easy shoot by being able to upload the data necessary on the back end prior to shooting. This is beneficial to me since I can easily transfer data from our internal database.

Young tech that needs a little more refining. With that said, the CF team is always working on it and incorporating customer feedback to improve the tool for current and future industry needs.

Creative Force has it 24/7 Helpdesk which is very easy for quick questions. Next to that, the set-up per style guide makes it possible to automatize your workflow.

Creative Force works with a workflow that you need to follow completely, when you make a mistake in one of the steps you need to reset + redo all the steps which makes it very difficult to redo things.

Creative Force already starting solving bugs in their program. Sometimes we've seen value in chaging view etc. As it's a growing company they keep chaging + improving views.

My company uses Creative Force as a foundation for all our product and data keeping. As a clothing e-comm business, we are constantly needing to keep track and inventory of all the products and samples, which Creative Force makes easy and accessible to us all!

At first glance, the Creative Force tabs and pages can be overwhelming. I think having a more streamlined design on the website could be cohesive for better accessibility by all, no matter if they have a background in its use or not.

Inventory/sample/assest management. It is a database that is the anchor for all we do, from inventory and production/post-production uploading. It is also compatible with Kelvin, which is a huge help for our transferring and management of all our photos.

The customer support was a deciding factor.  They are quick to respond and if they don't have an answer they will follow up.  When you're running a studio a prompt response is critical.  The software itself is essential to run a studio and they are always making updates.

The company is fairly new so they are still building out some features.  There are ways that I need to use the software that aren't available yet.  However they are always updating the software and work with us with work arounds.

In order to run a photography studio you need to track your orders, quality control your products and deliver your assets.  Without it you'd be stuck using spreadsheets.

Creative Force allows users to almost seamlessly streamline workflow from image capture to transfer, retouching, and upload to your commerce platform. Once a workflow is created, file management, sorting, and renaming are all done with a few simple clicks.

Creative Force suffers from several glitches, one of which appears when using the 'Assets' tab to create contact sheets of images. Often product codes will show doubled or missing imagery which makes it difficult to review with team members via Zoom.

The best thing about Creative Force is the easy-going way for us. As the Workflow and Styleguides are ready, Creative Force is doing everything. We save so much time in the whole process, and that means, of course, a lot of money-saving. As you need something special for your process, the guys from Creative Force are always open to new ideas, and maybe it's so good that they put it into the next sprint already. You get Updates every two weeks, and that's just awesome.

**What do you dislike about Creative Force?**

Honestly, there is not that much we don't like. Most things we don't like come from our workflow and thinking. There are a couple of detailed items in Creative Force, e.g., presets where you cannot copy-paste paste, but that's not a big deal for us. All in all, a suitable software solution for high-volume Photo studios.

**Recommendations to others considering Creative Force:**

Give it a try! In my opinion, there is nothing comparable on the market right now!

**What problems is Creative Force solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest problem we could solve with Creative Force is the Data mess we had before. Since the beginning of Creative Force, we can work with good data in a great system. Our main benefit, of course, is the time savings that we see every day in most of our workflow steps. Especially in the retouch, we see a massive difference from our earlier process. I'm excited about the future and happy we decided to work with the great tool and the great team around Creative Force.

It has been an absolute game-changer for how we deal with an ever-increasing demand for accurate ecom photography. Being able to review shots before they go through to retouch is invaluable. It helps productivity and allows smooth management of multiple sets.

Honestly not a lot to grumble about from my end. Everything works as it should, the only thing I think would be very benificial is integrating it with CaptureOne so rejected imagery can go straight back to the photographer. Or maybe flagging this through Kelvin with pop notifications? Other than that I absolutely love the platform

Workflow is a lot more efficient; being able to highlight issues earlier in the process and saving time not manually logging everything that has been shot are all huge positives. For one of my jobs I have to find original shots and re-edit them in a higher resolution. Being able to find them so quickly and efficiently is a gift. Our old system was a nightmare!

When I download my assets to upload them to our server at the beginning of the next day I'd like a download all button instead of having to select every image individually. I've missed some items because of this, especially because some of the items at the bottom don't load sometimes.

We're able to manage our e-commerce productions on a 360 level from initial merch intake, management, through to post production and final delivery of assets.
There is nothing that competes with Creative Force as far as ability to customize a tailored solution to fit your needs

The post production software had a challenging 'buy in' from our retouching team due to the additional steps required to keep the images within the software. 
This has been ironed out.

**Recommendations to others considering Creative Force:**

This is a powerful solution for running an e-commerce studio either in-house or for external clients.
It requires a dedicated team member to manage the software instance so please note that a software is only as good as it's users and all team members must be trained with Creative Force Academy.

**What problems is Creative Force solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have no problems with Creative Force.
The benefits for us are that we're able to deliver outstanding service to our e-commerce production clients that rivals the largest e-commerce production companies in the industry. Companies who have invested in their own proprietary software are now realizing the costs associated with developing e-commerce software in-house is not conducive for long term competitiveness.

I love that file sharing and seeking is incredibly easy with creative force. The filters are cohesive and make it easy for any of our teams at work to find photos for our products.

**What do you dislike about Creative Force?**

I dislike how intricate some of the functions are, such as data organization on the asset delivery end. With little training, it is easy to overlook some of the useful functions within creative force because it's a rather complex program. In suite training materials for all of the apps (hue, kelvin, etc) would be helpful.

**What problems is Creative Force solving and how is that benefiting you?**

There used to be a more significant amount of data loss between teams when individuals were responsible for dropping edited photos in a separate drive. Now that our photos and information are incorporated into one program, it makes for much smoother sailing. Cloud storage is also quite helpful for a company that file shares large files consistently.

The upside of CF is it's ability to file manage from start to end, connecting to CaptureOne all the way to looking back on previously delivered images.

I like that it requires no outside asset or data management, such as google docs or multiple different file locations within servers (which is how we did things before)

I wish there were ways to edit/swap assets after the fact. Currently if two items accidentally get their stickers swapped and the photos loaded to the wrong item (which happens often) the only way to fix it is to redownload all assets and start over completely.

From the retouching point of view, we love our the platform integrates with Photshop and makes our life much easier (workflow, notes, rejections, etc). The whole platform in itself is very straight foward and easy to navigate for the entire team and it even looks good!
Customer Service is excellent and very knowledgeable. Quick turn around as well when you have a question that needs more looking into.

Among the many advantages of the Creative Force system, the greatest is ensuring the stability and reliability of photo production in a photo studio. Full control over the process from the very beginning - from taking over the product to the very end, which is the delivery of ready-made photos to the customer.
It is extremely important to be able to track the production progress for each product, even with a huge scale of operation.
The Style Guides also proved to be a very useful tool, as it allows to largely eliminate human errors during shooting, retouching and quality control. They also significantly reduce the time needed to publish a photo.

There is nothing I don't like. Some elements can be further developed, but the Creative Force team is constantly working on it, taking into account the feedback given to them.

Try it! It's the best tool on the market for photo production. 
As a studio, we've selected Creative Force from among few other competitors. We had no doubts that it was a right choice. 
Now afterabout 2 years I don't regreat, CF improved the way we work.

As I mentioned earlier, we eliminate most human errors. We can work more efficiently and faster, and we have the opportunity to develop our performance thanks to the built-in reports.

Finally, we can focus on what is most important - photography, without manually managing the entire production.

**What do you like best about Creative Force?**

How Creative Force integrates with photoshop to make the retoucher's life easier, workflow faster, helping avoid human error when it comes to file naming, sets of images are automatically uploaded so you can never miss one, and how intuitive the interface is becoming. How it saves me time everyday, automating what used to take me double the amount of time, like delegating, QCing and uploading images.

**What do you dislike about Creative Force?**

There are still small tweeks to be made, which the Creative Force team is aware and working on all the time. We had changes done that were not for the best but after a feedback they listened and reverted in 24 hours which surprised me! They actually listen!

**Recommendations to others considering Creative Force:**

Can't stress enough how saving time and lessen the mount of work made my days easier and more productive. I am at the very end of a big workflow, retouching and uploading the final images that will go to the website, and every step of my process has improved. From delegating to quality control, I highly recomend Creative Force as a tool to easy some of the pressure on your dealines and daily targets. Trust me, I've been there!

**What problems is Creative Force solving and how is that benefiting you?**

No more sharing huge folders with different people. If you delegate workload to retouchers like I do, having the assigning process makes your life much easier and will save you a lot of time. I used to have to download images, separate in folders, create shared folders for each retoucher, send, download at the end of the day, review and upload. I am now just assigning through Creative Force, the HUE extention will do the download, open files, upload, and I will only need to review and approve the sets (and they will always be complete no, no moe missing images). I can say I now take 1 hour to do a task that used to take me arouns 2:30 hours to complete. And no more chasing wrong codes!

Visibility and tracking. Lots of analytics to dig into once you've used for a good period of time.

The basic features are fairly intuitive but there are lots of hidden little buttons and levers that aren't obvious and can hold you up from going to the next step or completing a task. Initial setup and integration is tedious if you have a homegrown admin system/platform, but the CF team is happy to partner with engineering and dev teams to support setup.

**What problems is Creative Force solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Creative force is a great way to manage workflows and track progress, bottlenecks, and timelines. This enables us to create more visibility and reporting on timelines of each process and also efficiencies of processes/individuals.

What I like most about the platform is how easy it is to navigate through the website. The layout is also straightforward. I'm happy that I can check the status of each image and where its location resides without having to bother other colleagues in other departments.

It's not necessarily something to dislike; it's some feedback: it would be cool to have an option where you can get a notification when an image is uploaded and finalized.

Some advice I have is to take the time to explore the platform. Ask questions to your colleagues to make sure you are getting the most of it (if you work in another department apart from content creating or photography).

There isn't much that I could say that I dislike with Creative Force. If I were to be picky, I would say two things stand out as mild gripes. First is that due to the system being fully cloud-based, if there are any issues with the internet or server, the team grinds to a halt. Currently, no fallback to allow work to be continued/ qued up until connection is restored. The next would be, although very attentive to development ideas. Due to having to weigh against multiple different customers, development on smaller pieces that might be important to us, we will naturally have to take a back foot.

**Recommendations to others considering Creative Force:**

Creative Force won't automatically solve any problems you have. What it will allow is great oversite and visibility to understand where you need to center your and your team's attention. The team at Creative Force is focused on making everyone in studios' lives as easy as possible. That shines through both in the system its self and conversations with the Creative Force Team. With an easier work-life comes; an increase in happiness, creativity, and enjoyment of just being able to 'do the do' without worrying about the boring stuff that goes alongside a manual process.

First, it has made our work faster - from the checked-in products to the final step - asset delivery, it covers our workflow completely. It makes the work of coordinators, photographers, DGO's, stylists, retouchers and quality control team easier.

The software can be used in any customer process and is easy to use. With reports you can understand exactly where you have Room for Improvement. With no other software, we can offer the customer more transparency and show him how good and fast we can produce.
