What problems is Creatio Studio solving and how is that benefiting you?

Creatio helps us to manage customer service operations. The no-code technology enables extensive customization options to tailor processes to the company's requirements. For example, we created custom case management workflows to process customer requests. In addition, system integration with website, chat, email, and telephony ensures omnichannel customer communication, and the chatbot helps us promptly stay in touch with customers and respond to common inquiries efficiently.
