What I like best about Creatio is its low-code platform, which allows rapid development and customization without heavy coding. As a developer, it’s easy to design workflows, automate business processes, and integrate with external systems. The platform is flexible, scalable, and provides a clean UI, making it efficient to build and deploy enterprise applications quickly.

**What do you dislike about Creatio?**

One drawback of Creatio is that while the low-code approach is powerful, it can become complex when implementing highly customized or advanced logic, sometimes requiring deeper technical knowledge.

**What problems is Creatio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Creatio helps solve the challenge of building and managing business processes and CRM workflows efficiently without heavy development effort. It allows us to automate tasks, manage customer data, and streamline operations in one platform. This reduces manual work, speeds up development, and improves productivity. As a developer, it helps me deliver solutions faster while maintaining flexibility for customization and integration.

**What do you like best about Creatio?**

This is one of the best Project management tool I came across. the best thing is to upload almost unlimited attachment files with activity done on projects which can be tracked with date and time allowing to review changes in scope and build on that.

It has slow responding server which can be optimized for better utilisation and user experience

**What problems is Creatio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

tracking the workflow of projects is helpful and it also helps in keeping the data aligned for all of my projects in one place

**What do you like best about Creatio?**

I like that Creatio offers a Low Code platform, which significantly facilitates and accelerates development. This allows me to visualize sales opportunities and perform effective tracking. Additionally, the integration of artificial intelligence (AI) in Creatio adds extra value, optimizing processes and improving the overall user experience by allowing us to tackle complex challenges more efficiently. The ease and speed of development on the platform make everyday use more productive and less complicated.

The initial setup of Creatio required significant effort and time.

**What problems is Creatio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Creatio to solve visibility and sales opportunity tracking problems. Being a Low Code platform with AI, it is easy and quick to develop, improving our processes compared to the previous CRM that became obsolete.

I don't find anything that is useless. Simply, as an opportunity for improvement, I would suggest that the views and login load faster, as they often take a long time.

The management of the client portfolio and the key information about them is essential for our work. Additionally, it allows us to identify and contact potential clients.

**What do you like best about Creatio?**

Creatio has many valuable and interesting features, among them the agility to create processes quickly and simply without having to program, which accelerates the adoption of technology in all areas of the organization. Additionally, it can integrate with API services and many standard market platforms. It also has the ability to define dashboards with indicators natively without the need for development, just using existing components. It also has an excellent CRM that complements BPMN processes and the 360 view of the customer. All this speeds up the implementation and adoption process. The new AI and Agent capabilities add a lot of power and functionality to make work in different aspects more efficient by absorbing repetitive tasks so that users can focus on value-added tasks.

**What do you dislike about Creatio?**

So far, we have not found any features that are missing or that we dislike. I could mention that the process of promoting applications between environments, depending on their level of complexity, can generate errors at the time of implementation, but the support team is always available to help us resolve any issues.

**What problems is Creatio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Creatio helps us consolidate into a single platform what previously maintained great complexity using multiple platforms. Additionally, we can integrate with CORE systems through APIs and services easily.

**What do you like best about Creatio?**

We’ve been using Creatio Sales CRM for over a year, and it has significantly improved how we manage leads, opportunities, and our entire sales pipeline. What really stands out is the platform’s low-code customization—we’ve been able to tailor processes to fit our unique workflow without spending a lot of time.

The user interface is clean and intuitive, making onboarding for new team members quick and easy. Our team especially appreciate the built-in AI-driven tools for lead scoring and forecasting, which have made our sales efforts more targeted and efficient.

Another huge plus is how seamlessly Creatio integrates with other systems we use, including marketing automation and customer service platforms. The unified data view helps our teams work smarter and collaborate more effectively across departments.

Overall, Creatio Sales CRM has been a game-changer for our organization. It’s fast, flexible, and powerful—ideal for any business looking to accelerate sales performance while maintaining adaptability.

Creatio’s low-code tools make it easy to create and automate complex business workflows. I especially appreciate the flexibility of the process designer and the ability to integrate with other systems using REST APIs.

The UI can feel a bit outdated and clunky at times. Initial setup and customization require a steep learning curve if you're new to the platform.

**What problems is Creatio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Creatio helps us automate and streamline key business processes like lead management, customer onboarding, and service workflows. Thanks to its low-code platform, we're able to build and adjust workflows without relying heavily on developers. This has sped up implementation time, reduced errors, and allowed our team to respond faster to changing business needs. It also integrates smoothly with our CRM and marketing tools, giving us a unified view of customer interactions.

Based on my experience, Creatio has been a game-changer when it comes to quickly adapting and refining user experiences without needing to write code. What really stood out to me was how easy it was to release updates and deliver value fast, all at a relatively low cost.

**What do you dislike about Creatio?**

That said, there’s a great opportunity for Creatio to enhance its already strong offering with a few additional UI elements. Features like radio buttons with pre-selected default options or toggles with customizable labels would take the platform’s flexibility to the next level and make it even easier to build polished, user-friendly experiences.

**What problems is Creatio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Creatio has enabled the consolidation of a wide range of manual spreadsheets and disconnected reports into a single, unified system, providing a live and transparent view of leads and the overall health of account bases across more than 857 depots.
