What do you like best about Creatio?

The CRM sits of the BPM platform that enables to automate many routine tasks. The ability of bpm'online to be scalable helps to scale up the system as per the growth of the business. The low code no code platform helps to quickly do configuration changes in a dynamic business environment. What do you dislike about Creatio?

Nothing much; the sales forecasting functionality can be bit more polished. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Creatio solving and how is that benefiting you?

Automation of business triggers (notifications, alerts etc.). Automatic generation of sales reports. Sales analytics. Helping field sales in quickly capturing orders and leads from the field though the mobility app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
