I really like Creatio for its flexibility and scalability. It does a great job of combining the best parts of 'buy and build' approaches and looks really easy to use from the demo. I also appreciate the comprehensive support it offers throughout the process, not just leaving us to figure things out alone. It feels like a journey where Creatio helps us from the start, ensuring data is well-prepared before implementing AI. I find this very interesting. Additionally, the platform seems to be application, IT, and data architecture agnostic, which means it can adapt to various companies, each being unique and at different levels of maturity.
