I appreciate Creatio's highly configurable opportunity pipeline, which allows us to tailor stages to our custom fleet-vehicle build cycle, making it easier to manage from initial client inquiry to final delivery. The pipeline flexibility lets us map our automotive workflow without heavy custom coding, adding dedicated stages for supplier quote review and parts confirmation. I also enjoy how Gmail integrates smoothly with Creatio, pulling client and supplier emails directly into our records to save us a lot of manual logging. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I find that Creatio cannot natively sync with our in-house vehicle-build scheduling system, so we have to manually export key data. We still can't push confirmed project details straight to our scheduler, forcing manual data entry for every new fleet order. While the pipeline is flexible, it lacks streamlined trigger-based exports to feed project data into our vehicle-build scheduler. Creatio’s native reporting feels clunky for our automotive-specific metrics. We struggle to build clean reports and have to export raw data to crunch numbers in spreadsheets. Its permission settings also feel overly complex; our junior account reps often get confused adjusting access for sensitive vehicle-order records. Basic account creation was straightforward, but full setup was time-consuming without dedicated IT, and training junior members on permissions took extra hours during our busiest season.
