Marketing for Creatio, just like the Sales module allows for easy customisation of workflows and goals. It's great for email campaigns and website events. I haven't as yet used the full functionality of the marketing module. The Support Team and Customer Representatives are very helpful and knowledgeable (especially Anna Lynne).
