Able to schedule client emails and resends easily

**What do you like best about CreateSend?**

The analytics you can get on when you have sent a newsletter is fantastic - especially the real-time map that shows approximate locations of recipients based on IP address. It helps us understand which customers, and where, are reading the content we send and allows us to tailor future messages as a result. The editor is also pretty intuitive and makes building emails simple with the drag-and-drop style interface. It is also possible to add your own branding to the tool itself, which is also fairly straight forward.

**What do you dislike about CreateSend?**

Whilst the editor is easy to use, it can be somewhat limited in terms of the customisation possible. Each block is editable, but in limited ways - what would be awesome is if you could delve into the styling directly so that you can upload your own styles - it may well be possible to do this, but I couldn't figure out how.

**Recommendations to others considering CreateSend:**

It is well made and offers valuable methods for sending email campaigns to clients. The user interface is simple to use, although the customisation options felt somewhat limited in places, but it should not put you off considering this.

**What problems is CreateSend solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed to communicate updates to our paying customers, and whilst we have other tools available that can do this, we wanted an email tool that allowed us to track and manage the success rates, as well as handle subscribers etc. Being able to monitor, in real-time, when a recipient opens or clicks on content in your email is fantastic.
