What problems is Cre8tive Technology and Design solving and how is that benefiting you?

With Cre8tive's assistance, we went live with Epicor Kinetic from Quickbooks. The implementation consultants understood the challenges we faced because we weren't using an ERP system and guided us through the implementation and go live processes. We did a considerable amount of the work ourselves because we concurrently needed to develop internal processes and systems to maximize our use of Kinetic. Much of the advice we received helped us implement best practices within the Kinetic community that we simply couldn't know. After go live, we've used Cre8tive extensively in a support role with a focus on teaching us how to accomplish tasks on our own, not just simply doing them for us.
