What do you like best about Crazy Domains?

Of all the DNS providers we've had over the years, CrazyDomains is by far the most responsive. Whenever there is an issue or something we just don't understand, you go to their website and engage them via chat. The results are immediate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Crazy Domains?

We had four wordpress websites hosted with them and two were flaky while the other two were not. It turns out that CrazyDomains uses other hosting and the two flaky servers were in a different environment to the two good ones. We had to get them moved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Crazy Domains:

Make good use of the chat facility on their website as the technical support there is very good. When purchasing multiple services from CrazyDomains, talk to them about options and multiple-year purchases as they offer some pretty good bargains. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Crazy Domains solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use CrazyDomains for purchasing domains, DNS record updates, SSL certificates and Wordpress hosting for some servers. Having all of these services with a single provider helps the business as it saves time and prevents other single-solution providers from "pointing the finger" at other services when there are issues.
