"Simple, Consistent Scraping API with Broad Coverage and Standout Support"

What do you like best about Crawlzo?

Simple, consistent API: one POST with an X-API-Key and a JSON body, the same response envelope on every scraper, and a request_id on every call that made it easy to trace problems with their team. Coverage is broad for a single vendor. We use it for Instagram (profiles, post details, paginated comments, search, reels and hashtags), Reddit post and comment search, and Amazon, Myntra and Flipkart product pages. The Instagram comments endpoint returns newest-first with a cursor, so we can do true incremental refreshes instead of re-pulling whole threads. Product-page calls come back in about 4 seconds. Pricing is per successful request and retryable failures are not billed. Support is the standout: Samir replied within hours, fixed a Myntra/Flipkart outage within a few days of our report, and was flexible on plan sizing while we ramped up. What do you dislike about Crawlzo?

What problems is Crawlzo solving and how is that benefiting you?

We run social and e-commerce intelligence for consumer brands and needed a simpler, more cost-effective alternative to actor-based scraping marketplaces. Crawlzo gives us Instagram profile, post and comment data, Reddit keyword search across posts and comments, and product-page data from Amazon, Myntra and Flipkart through one API key and one response shape. The cursor-based, newest-first comments endpoint let us switch to incremental refreshes, which cut our comment-refresh volume substantially, and per-successful-request pricing keeps cost predictable as we move more traffic over.
