I use Crait for project management and team collaboration. I like the task automation features, as they save us a lot of time by letting us set custom workflows. Crait allows us to automate repetitive tasks like assigning tasks, sending reminders, and updating statuses. The support team helped us with some configuration stuff, which was appreciated. The reporting features could be more robust. Sometimes it's hard to get the exact data we need. It would be better if it added custom report templates and better filtering options, like filtering tasks by multiple tags. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
