What do you like best about CrafterQ?

We run a fairly large e-commerce site (9000+ SKUs) and needed an AI shopping assistant capable of:

- Understanding thousands of products

- Reasoning about compatibility

- Recommending complete solutions

- Answering technical questions

- Maintaining complete accuracy

and most importantly: Not making things up.

CrafterQ delivered all this with a very simple setup and at a very low cost. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CrafterQ?

I don’t have anything to dislike about it so far. In the future, I’d like to see deeper shopping cart integration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is CrafterQ solving and how is that benefiting you?

We sell a complex solution made up of several individual parts. Customers need to understand:

- Which railing style fits their home

- Which posts, balusters, rails, and hardware work together

- Installation requirements

- Building code and compliance considerations

- Available options and accessories

And they need to make those decisions across a catalog containing more than 9,000 products.

For us, helping customers navigate that complexity had become increasingly difficult and labor intensive requiring a product expert on the phone.

Now, we have a CrafterQ AI agent on our website that answers these complex questions and helps sell solutions directly online. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
