What do you like best about CrafterQ?

EvolveGT Track days offers riders of any skill level an opporunity to experience what its like to ride at pace on a GP ciircuit/race track with instruction and coaching --- as you can imagine: We get ALOT of questions -- the phone, email and messagers are always "ringing" . Witi our CrafterQ agent our customers get fast, accurate and consistant answers -- and we have more time to run the buisess. That's huge ROI for us. It was also easy to set up and we completely tailored our agent (Barb)'s UX and personality to "our crowd" so that there's a bit of fun in the experience to drive engagement. What do you dislike about CrafterQ?

I don't know if I'd say I dislike anything -- I am looking forward to more features. More integrations specifically. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is CrafterQ solving and how is that benefiting you?

We were spending too much time answering questions via email, the phone and through social channels. Traditional chat bots didnt work for us -- our users wouldn't use them. But our AI driven experience is accurate and fun to use. Everybody wins! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
