What do you like best about Craft.io?

The feedback portal is the best part of Craft.io. It lets us manage product enhancement requests in one place and connect them to capabilities and epics, so stakeholders have clear visibility into each enhancement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Craft.io?

We synced Craft.io to Jira; however, not all of the fields align properly. When changes are made in Craft, we can push them out to Jira, but when changes are made in Jira, they automatically update in Craft. A more refined sync would be beneficial so we don’t have to manually push changes at the capability, epic, and story levels every time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Craft.io solving and how is that benefiting you?

The main business problem Craft solves for us is organizing our product roadmap. It lets us see the roadmaps of all the other PMs in the org, and each view is highly customizable. Because of that, everyone can refine their own roadmap so the right metrics or filters are shown, which makes for a cleaner, more tailored view. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
