"Seamless Product Management with Craft.io"

5/5

What do you like best about Craft.io?

I use Craft.io to create and manage features, epics, and user stories for my product management team. It helps us follow product management best practices and collaborate effectively, building products with clear prioritization and planning. Craft.io brings in a lot of discipline that was missing between the product and dev team, and the one-to-one mapping is super helpful. What I like most about Craft.io is its ease of use with out-of-the-box functionalities. It's user-friendly, meaning you don't have to be tech-savvy to learn or use the product. My team adapted to it in just one to two weeks. Another feature I like is the AI built into Craft.io, which helps me understand a feature or user story without getting deeper into the descriptions. And the setup was very easy, with the team being supportive in the onboarding process. It took us just a couple of weeks to fully adapt to its features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Craft.io?

What would make it even better is allowing certain field items to be applicable only to certain types of work items. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
