What do you like best about CoxPost?

Mostly, we liked the reply to comments and post on Social media. This allows us to reply automatically based on the keyword and that has saved tremendous time and has boost up our engagement. The implementation is quite simple and the tool is easy to use. Social media integration is also quite easy and even our novice team members can set them up easily. What problems is CoxPost solving and how is that benefiting you?

CoxPost allows us to create OpenAI powered chatbots that we can use across our social media to automate the business process. This has tremendously reduced the time that we usually spent while acquiring the leads and customers. Not only that it also has one of social media post feature where we can plan the social media post upfront and schedule the post accordingly. It also allows us to auto comment reply and setup that automation. We were using some other tools for the social media automation part and also using CoxPost at the moment to schedule the posts and it is working fine. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
