The time it saves me before meetings. I used to spend 20 or 30 minutes clicking through different systems trying to piece together where an account stood. Now I ask for a brief and get a starting point in a couple of minutes. It pulls from the tools I already use, so I'm not re-explaining context every time. I also like that it tells me when it can't find something instead of making something up, which has earned my trust over time. It feels like having a research assistant who actually knows where everything lives. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It occasionally needs a nudge to get the scope right. When I ask about something that touches more than one team or product line, I sometimes have to clarify what I actually meant before it gives me a useful answer. The first result isn't always the best one, so I've learned to be specific in how I ask. And like any AI tool, I still double check anything important before it goes to a customer or my manager. It saves me time, but it isn't fully hands off, and I don't expect it to be. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
