The thing I keep coming back to is how well it connects to the tools I actually use every day — Jira, Salesforce, Slack, Google Drive. I work across a lot of moving parts in my role, and being able to ask a question and get an answer that pulls from all of those places without me having to go hunt it down manually saves real time. I also use it to draft and organize project briefs, which it handles well. It's not replacing my whole workflow, but for quick lookups and getting a first draft together, it's genuinely useful. The token limits can be frustrating — I've hit the cap mid-task a few times and had to wait for access to be restored, which breaks your flow when you're in the middle of something. It also doesn't always surface the most current version of what I'm looking for, so you do have to double-check things. And like most AI tools, it occasionally over-explains or adds detail I didn't ask for. It's not a dealbreaker, but there's still some room for it to get sharper at matching the level of response to the complexity of the question.
