What do you like best about CoverageBook?

It's an incredibly intuitive product - it fulfils the function it sets out to do, and elegantly exceeds expectations without you noticing. It's become an essential tool for us - it's very easy for new members of staff to pick up, but provides enough instantaneous insight for more senior people in the team to want to avoid passing the responsibility on Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CoverageBook?

There's really very little to criticise at all Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is CoverageBook solving and how is that benefiting you?

CoverageBook straightforwardly slotted into our PR stack to replace spreadsheets and awkwardly scanned documents, instantly adding an enormous amount of value to our reporting to clients and saving hours in admin time for our team. It's a one stop solution for monitoring and presenting coverage - uploading links produces a wealth of additional statistics and adds weight to the work that we're doing for clients.
