The product is easy to learn and easy to deploy. This product has very little options for a good reason. It does what it is deigned to do and they have kept it simple for a reason. If you have a client who has some serious audit controls in place, you may find yourself creating the report versus depending on the system do that piece for you. Recommendations to others considering Cove Data Protection: Just know your clients' requirements. If it is simple effective data backup, then this has you covered. If your client has databases, multiple sites and more complex business continuity needs, you really need to determine if this is going to be a solution in whole, in part or not at all. It solves the straightforward data backup problem where you need data to be backed off-site without a lot of complexity. the lack of options and choices actually makes it easier to learn, quicker to implement and simpler to explain to the client.
