I use COUNT for accounting for our junk removal company, and it's been super helpful. The team is great to work with, and whenever we have issues, they're pretty quick to respond. Working with COUNT has been phenomenal. It integrates well with our systems, and the learning curve has been relatively good considering learning new accounting software. It's made things much easier than working with larger companies where support is not nearly as good. The simplicity is what I like the most because, as a business owner with a lot of moving parts, it integrates well with our bookkeeping team and us in the field. The invoicing and estimates look really clean, and I especially like the public link feature for invoices and estimates. The main thing I talked to Chris about was implementing the ability to say we received a paper check before it actually gets matched to the bank transaction. Would be really helpful.
