The interface is powerful but still easy enough to navigate. The support is top class, super quick response and a high level of skill. The communication skills are excellent also - no language barrier. I have had no performance issues or bugs, all of my support queries have been about using the more advanced features to integrate couchdrop into the EDI requirements for our new ERP and field apps.
