What do you like best about CoStar Real Estate Manager?

1. Managing master data for all types of Leases.

2. Automated accounting in compliance with Accounting Standard.

3. Detailed Reporting covering all aspects of leases and future expected cashflows.

4. User Friendly & easy to maintain this tool from Admin standpoint.

5. Enhanced capability & Smart features to trigger alert for any wrong data using system intelligence.

6. Very easy to integrate alongwith SAP.

7. Best support team for any issues post implementation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CoStar Real Estate Manager?

What problems is CoStar Real Estate Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?

In our organization, implementation of new Lease accounting standard was a challenge and very difficult to address using ERP system. Then, our team approached CoStar for management of leases and do its proper accounting & reporting. CoStar team is full of professionals having extreme expert knowledge on this area which helped our company to be compliant with Lease Standard.

All our leases are managed by CoStar application since last 6 years and its working flawlessly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
