The single app mode, as well as the multi-app mode, give the device a professional look and feel. Whether via ZeroTouch or the manual addition of the devices, it is easily and quickly done via the tidy interface.

Apps, profiles, settings, etc. can be rolled out to individual users, devices or entire groups.

No idea. Everything went and goes perfectly for us. The support is first class. My problem at the beginning was that I didn't know there was a ticket system and waited a little longer for an answer until I saw the ticket system and saw that the answer had already come.
