- Some things are difficult or even impossible to find in the help section; for example, the activation of apps that are usually pre-installed on Samsung devices (Calculator, Gallery, Weather,...); however, help was provided via email upon request.

- It would be practical to equip the Samsung Mail App with two configurations, for example, if you are using both Exchange and IMAP accounts (due to departmental or purpose-related reasons). This worked initially, but later an update presumably made it no longer feasible; I now use the Outlook App for Exchange users and the Samsung Mail App for IMAP accounts.
