I find Corpay Spend Management extremely easy to use and very safe for our company. I appreciate how fast payments are submitted and how issues that are submitted by email are replied to quickly and professionally. The support team is very nice and professional, which adds substantial value for our company. The setup was also very easy and straightforward, making it simple to understand and use right from the start. Some improvements could be made when Corpay changes payment methods to MasterCard. They should contact vendors to ensure there are no attached fees, as that could cause issues. If Corpay is willing to cover the fees on MasterCard transactions that vendors charge, or devise a plan to switch vendors to MasterCard only when there are no transaction fees, it would be better.
